How to Copy a Previous Checkout in Web Checkout
Follow these steps to duplicate a past equipment reservation in the Patron Portal:
- Go Home: Select the Home button on the Patron Portal dashboard.
- Access History: Under the View menu, select History.
- Select Allocation: Click on the specific Allocation Number you wish to copy.
- Verify Items: Review the contents of the checkout to ensure all necessary equipment is listed.
- Copy Reservation: Click the Copy button.
- Schedule: Set your new Start Time and End Time.
- Confirm Dates: Save these changes by clicking the Check Mark icon (green).
- Finalize: Once the status bar updates to indicate it is ready, save your new checkout.
Note: If the confirmation bar does not update, double-check that the items are available for your selected dates.
